Main Function:

• 4 independent channels for load cells: monitoring and direct management of the individual load cells connected.
  
• Digital equalization: the instrument allows to equalize the connected load cells response, in a fast and reliable way over time.
  
• Load distribution signaling on 4 channels with archive backups: storing, retrieving, printing.
  
• The instrument displays an alarm alternating with the weigAutomatic diagnostics: the instrument is designed to store the percentage value of load distribution for each channel.
  
• The diagnostic function makes comparisons between the recorded values and if a significant variation between the values is detected during normal operation, that value.

Depending on the weighing system type it’s possible to perform: 

• Load automatic diagnostics: load distribution control in constant barycentre systems (e.g. liquids silo).
  
• Automatic diagnostics on zero: check on load cells drift state (e.g. silo, weighbridge, platformes).
  
• Event log: data backups archive in chronological order of the last 50 events related to calibrations, zero settings, errors and equalization.
  

 Information:

• The information can be stored, retrieved and printed.
  
• All TLB4 functions can be managed by a weight indicator W series connected via RS485 serial port (excluding indicators with graphic display).
  
• Transmission of the divisions for the 4 independent reading channels via RS485 (Modbus RTU) or fieldbus. Only the points of each load cell connected are transmitted, without any filter applied; the calculation of the weight value, the zero setting and calibration are performed by the customer.

FORWARDING CHARGES

• Paid by the customer, included in the invoice or freight collect (freight forwards).

INSURANCE

• POLICY LIABILITY PRODUCTS stipulated with ALLIANZ (primary insurance company), coverage of damages to third parties.

AUTHORIZED RETURNS

• No returns will be accepted without our authorization. The returns will be credited with 10% reduction of standard material and 20% reduction of personalized material. All shipping and packing costs paid by the customer. Concerning returned goods with calibrated versions and options (such as calibration, the first periodic verification, certifications) will be credited the amount of item regardless of the calibration, adjustments and the options.

PREPAYMENT

• Payment in advance, before shipment, by bank wire transfer.
  We do not accept credit cards and domestic orders.

Our company keeps the right to up-grade its products without giving notice.

• 24 months from the delivery document date. The guarantee covers only defected parts and includes the replacement parts and labour. All shipping and packing costs are paid by the customer. It is possible to have the repair in guarantee on condition that the returned product has not transformed, damaged or repaired without authorization.
• No guarantee is applicable on returned products without the original label and/or serial number. No guarantee against misuse.
• Batteries: Laumas provides 1 year guarantee from the date of delivery note, against material defects or battery manufacturing faults.
