Grappa is 40% alcohol and is used as a digestive after dinner drink. Clean, crystal clear and well balanced with clearly distinguishable overtones of summer fruits—plum, cherry and
raspberry—with an elegantly grassy flavors. Pleasingly structured and smooth on the palate with a slight tannic edge.
