Fratelli Branca Distillery is an Italian company owned by the Branca family. The industrial activity of the company, leader in the spirits sector for 175 years, began in 1845 when Bernardino Branca invented Fernet Branca, the bitter liqueur that would have become famous all over the world. The story continued passing through the development of Stravecchio Branca and Brancamenta, "historic" products of the company, while the portfolio was expanded with a policy of brand acquisitions, extension lines and the entry in the market of wines and sparkling wines. In October 2011 Italian president Giorgio Napolitano appointed Niccolo Branca Knight of Industry.
