Intrinsic safety barriers can limit the energy that is supplied to a circuit and protect hazardous areas from
excess energy. By limiting energy to a safe level, intrinsically safe circuits prevent the ignition of potentially explosive
atmospheres. This simplifies maintenance and repair of Ex i circuits.

XSA-PI series of intrinsic safety barrier is an Intrinsic Safety Barrier for distribution or current input. It is suitable for connecting with transducer (transmitter) or current source signal in the dangerous area, providing isolated DC power to field transducer (transmitter) and receiving current signal input from the transducer. It can also be used to receive current source signal input. After isolation, interference suppression and other processing, the standard current signal is output to the control system or other instruments in the safe area.

TCA-PI series barriers have the following functions and features: * The input and output channels are 1-input 1-output; 1-input,2-output, 1-input,3-output, 2-in,2-output, and so on.
* The input signal is 4 ~ 20mA or 0 ~ 20mA. The output signal is 4 ~ 20mA or 0 ~ 20mA. Support HART (optional).
All input, output and power supply are isolated. Low power consumption.
* This product adopts independent DC power supply. The power supply voltage range is 20 ~ 30VDC.
* International standard 35mm DIN Rail mounting structure and M3 screw fastening connection;
