Production process and details

1. draw the design drawing according to customer hand-drawing, idea, size, etc by Auto CAD
2. cut the zinc steel tube based on the Auto CAD drawing, open the lock and hingles hole by mold
3. weld the steel tube to the door and windows frame, then rub down the welding line
4. surface powder coating in black, white or other color
5. install the glass. In fact, there are 2 intallations:
6. use 15*15mm square steel tube as the grid:

grids + one complete glass + grids. One steel grids will be welded with the steel frame, then install glass by glass cement, finally stick the other side grids on the glass. This type door or window have a higher security and burglar proof, please check the following first finished picture
7. use T-type as the grid: we'll weld the T-type steel tube with the frame, then install the small window per grids by glass cement. This type of door or window have a thinner frame and grids which is more simple and beautiful. please ckeck the following second picture.
