The FLS-YCPT05 series of intelligent electric pressure differential bypass valves are often used to control the pressure difference between the liquid line and the pipeline. The control valve is installed in the bypass pipe near the system pump. When the system pressure difference increases and exceeds the set point of the control valve, the valve opens wider, and more water flows through the bypass valve, thus reducing the pressure difference of the system. On the contrary, the reduction of pressure decreases the opening of the valve and increases the pressure difference of the system.
The intelligent pressure differential bypass valve is composed of a pressure differential transmitter, an intelligent actuator, a regulating ball valve or a gate valve. The pressure inlet is installed at the inlet and outlet ends of the valve. The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the valve is measured, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is calculated, so as to control the opening of the valve and achieve the set pressure difference. Intelligent differential pressure bypass valve integrates sensors, valves, actuators and differential PID controllers. The user selection is simpler, easier to use and easier to install.
