1. Product warranty: Usually, our product warranty is 18 months after leaving factory or 12 months after installation.
2. Delivery time: It takes 2 weeks for air handling unit and fan coil unit, and 4 weeks for the chillers, rooftop packaged unit etc.It will depend on the product quantity. Our products are sold according to order. This is negotiable.
3. Installation: If the project needs our installation guidance, we can send our engineer and translator. The expenses shall be borne by the project owner.
