Application
The hard mica plates of that series serve as heating racks, gaskets, baffles, and are mainly employed in household appliance( toasters, micro-wave ovens, fan heaters, electric dryers, electric irons, electric coils, etc.), metallurgy (line frequency furnaces, intermediate frequency furnaces, electric-arc furnaces, etc), and medial apparatus. Hard mica plates can be divided into 5660-H1 muscovite ones and 5660-S3 phlogopite ones
FEATURES
Excellent insulating performance at high temperature. At 700 to 1000℃， the withstand voltage breakdown performance can remain at 15kv/ mm.
Hard mica plates are of good bending strength and rigidity. Soft mica plates are of good tensile strength, and can be processed into parts of various shapes without lamination.
Environmentally-friendly. Mica plates are from asbestos, and release little (even no )fumes and smells during in heat.
Good ability to resist acid, alkali and oil.
