LONGKETER supplying a comprehensive range of Clay Insulating Bricks. Clay Insulating Bricks are made from high-purity refractory clays ;temperature of use ranging from 1100℃ to 1700℃ and each grade is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements . For higher temperature products , their addition of alumina are graduated .Each grade is added by classified organic filler . This organic filler burns out during manufacture process to give a uniform and controlled pore structure .

Applications:
Metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, petroleum, machinery manufacturing, silicate, power and other industries.
It’s widely used for the linings and insulating layers of industry kilns, and the areas without strong erosion and souring action by molten materials at high temperature.
