INFLATABLE TUBEWALL FLOOD BARRIER -- The tubewall is a temporary flood barrier that is lightweight, flexible and quickly deployed, making it ideal as a flood barrier for fast response to flood threats. The Tubewall has proven itself as a world leader in rapid flood protection.
The Tubewall consists of air inflated tube sections that are interconnected by zips to form a continuous protective flood barrier. Each tube includes a skirt which lies on the ground on the flood side. When flood water covers the skirt, the water’s own weight squeezes the skirt against the ground forming a seal. The friction of the weighted skirt against the ground anchors the entire Tubewall. Higher water levels provide better anchoring, and the Tubewall remains stable even if the water should rise to its top.
Deployment is easy; the tubes are rolled out, inflated with air using a handheld blower, zipped together and arranged to provide optimum flood protection.
The tubes can be extended indefinitely so that wide-area defences can be deployed when floods are threatened.

Production Details

All inflatable games / toys are made by Plato high durability fire-retardant PVC Vinyl, which with 3 layers, two coated side with a strong net inside. Our material meets SGS standard, ROHS certified and EN14960, water proof and fire-retardant. PVC Vinyl we used are  High Durability, High Tear Strength, Fade Proof, Anti-Mildew Treatment, Excellent UV-Resistance, Cold Weather Resistance, Waterproof, Anti-Static, Heat-Insulation, Blackout, Shrink- Resistant, Fluorescent.

All the materials we have used auto digital cutting machine to avoid the production mistake and keep shape perfect.

Professional welding machine and workers.

All the handles and d-rings have made by machine, not normally glue.

All toys will be finally inflatable and tested by the Quality control department. Inflatable toys which made by hot welding machine will be under test for at least 2 days to ensure no air leakage and other problems before shipping.
