There are 3 layers in this waterproof and airtight TPU coating 70D nylon 3MM ripstop fabric.
The first layer is water repellent, it makes the surface of the fabric waterproof,
The middle one is basic fabric. It’s 70D*210T nylon fabric with 3MM ripstop with good tearing strength and tensile strength.
The bottom layer is TPU Film. It makes the fabric to be completely waterproof, airtight and weldable by HF welding machine.

Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.
Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.
