Product Features:

Scope of application:
It is especially suitable for polyester, nylon, acrylic blended woolen cloth, giving the fabric a super soft, fluffy, smooth and elastic feel. The treated fabric is conducive to the smooth progress of the bristle process, does not produce burrs, and has a uniform suede.
Instructions:
1. Padding process:
Dosage 35-40g/L, rolling liquid temperature 40-50℃
2. Dipping process:
Dosage 3-4% (O.W.F) temperature: 40-50℃, time: 20-30min, dehydration, drying 100℃
Please adjust the specific process as appropriate through the sample.
Packaging and storage:
Packed in 50kg, 125kg plastic drums or according to customer requirements.
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, with a shelf life of six months at room temperature.
