Continuous nut roasting machine fits for low temperature drying and high temperature baking pignut and other seed products, heat supply is divided into LNG and steam type. Originally set temperature of oven can be regulated via regulating proportional burner controller and parameter of electric steam valve at top of oven so that low temperature drying and high temperature baking can be finished. Structure and function: multifunctional oven is composed of feeding part, baking part, cooling part, discharging part and vibrationscreen part.
Different areas are insulated for minimum heat loss and lowest running cost.

Q2: how many kinds of roasting machine? A2: The roasting machine is divided into sesame type and peanut type according to the particle size of the material. The sesame type roasting drum has a fine mesh hole, and the gap between the feed inlet outlet and the frame is small.
Q3: What is the heating method? A3: The heating method can be

Q5: What is the heating temperature? A5: Normally 300℃, temperature is adjustable, electric type temperature control is accurate, but gas type is not.
Q6: How about the roasting time? A6: Set the temperature 160℃-180℃, material humidity should be not more than 10%, such as roasting peeled peanuts needs about 15 minutes, red skin peanuts is 30 minutes, peanuts with shell is 40 minutes; if the material humidity is more than 10% or 15%, the roasting time will be longer, but you can also shorten the roasting time by controlling the temperature.
Q7: how to stop the machine? A7: When the work is over, the temperature control switch should be turned off first, but the drum does not stop. When the temperature drops to about 50℃, the drum can be stopped to prevent static deformation under high temperature.
