What is tube heat exchanger?
Shell and tube heat exchanger is the equipment that can transfer certain heat from the thermal fluid to the cold fluid. It is the essential equipment to achieve the heat exchange and transfer during the production process.Tube heat exchanger is a high-efficiency heat exchanger suitable for steam-steam, steam-liquid and liquid-liquid heat transfer.

1) High heat transfer coefficient
Spiral wound structure, heat transfer tube bundle is 3~4 times of shell side, increase the heat transfer area; The material stays longer in the heat transfer tube, and the heat transfer is more sufficient. Using the irvine turbulence chattering frequency principle, the spiral winding structure makes the hot and cold objects produce strong turbulence and the heat transfer effect is enhanced.
