All items are inspected before dispatching. We will take photos or video to show buyers before sending out, meanwhile records will be kept. All our products are 100% brand new, if you have received an item (unpainted surface) with marks/scratches on those are due to workmanship, please contact us, we will try our best to resolve asap. Insurance is highly recommended.
Shipping policy
All Orders are processed within 1-3 business day after cleared payment. Delivery time will be based on the shipping countries.
Tracking number will be uploaded to Alibaba once it is dispatched. We can only ship to Alibaba payment’s confirmed address, if you need changes on delivery address, please send us a formal message through Alibaba.Shipping insurance is highly suggested, buyer must pay correct shipping fee to avoid delays.
STANDARD SHIPPING are for US, AU, UK, GERMANY, MALAYSIA, THAILAND,ITALY, JAPAN, SINGAPORE, KOREA only. Due to the increase of air parcel shipping costs, we cannot ship to Israel, Nigeria, PO Box, please contact us for details.Package that is returned to us due to wrong or undelivered address, missed three times of delivery, buyer is responsible for a reshipping fee.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges, those charges are the buyer's
responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

All our goods are inspected and take video to show your before dispatching, please reply with the final confirmation once you receive the product video or photos. We will not be responsible for the buyer place a wrong item.
Please double check the parcel when it arrives and if any damages reported to us after the item has been signed for. The delivery driver is fully obliged to wait whilst you inspect the item, despite what they may say at the time (courier drivers work on
commission basis so want to deliver as quickly as possible). The driver MUST wait whilst you inspect the parcel and if damaged then the item must be signed for damaged with the courier for us to cover any claim for a damaged item. WE WILL NOT LIABLE for any parcel has not been filed a damage claim but arrived in damage condition, due to you are not present to receive the parcel.
