Industrial Large Capacity Food and Mushroom Sterilizing Autoclave
The big volume autoclave sterilization can separate raw foods from cooked foods,which can keep food tasty,prevent pollution and achieve international food sanitation standard.Before sterilization , horizontal sterilization pot can be heated ahead of time to make the temperature over 100°C under the conditional of dry air within the kettle ,which can reduce sterilization time and ensure the dry and wet degree of materials.This kind of sterilizing can be applied to assembly line work.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
1. Automatic control, F value sterilization, temperature, pressure and other control timely and accurate.
2.The practical volume is twice as much as that of the traditional sterilizer, one 5 cubic square sterilizer, which is equivalent to the capacity of two 1200x3600 traditional sterilizers.
3. The translation door structure can realize the fully automatic production, and the chain connection can realize the automatic entry and exit of bactericidal materials and improve the production efficiency.
4. The internal and external surface of the equipment is the same horizontal plane, which is convenient and labor-saving in and out of sterilized materials.
5. Under the same output, the energy consumption and occupation area are greatly reduced, and the labor intensity is greatly reduced.
6. The length of the equipment can be lengthened according to customer requirements, and the large bactericidal pot of 5 cubic meters to 48 cubic meters can be realized.
