Production Flow Chart
1.Flour Mixer
The first step of food processing is to mix various raw materials, additives, and a certain amount of water and stir evenly.
Built-in "work" type structure, features: uniform and fast mixing.
2. Feeder
The mixed raw materials are conveyed to the forming machine by means of spiral rotation and lifting. The parts in contact with the raw materials are made of stainless steel, and the food is transported in a closed space, which is clean and hygienic.
3. Forming Machine
The most important step in making food, its role is to make the material change under the thrust of the screw in the closed barrel of high temperature and high pressure close to vacuum, and then discharged through the mold and formed.
4. Compound Molding Machine
The compound molding machine is to extrude and compound the blank material made by the extruder into various shapes through multiple pairs of rollers. By changing the mold, various shapes of food can be produced.
