Q: How can I get my goods?
A: In trade term of CIF, usually we deliver goods to the port of destination in your country by sea. Our shipping agency will contact you to pick up the goods upon arrival.
In trade term of FOB NingBo/Shanghai, you are supposed to inform your own shipping agency to take the goods to Ningbo/Shanghai port.
