INALPI BUTTER


Inalpi butter is made of centrifuged cream produced 100% via a short and controlled supply chain. At Inalpi we cherish the high quality of our raw materials, encouraging a full transparency and traceability of the milk from the barns until the final product.
The butter comes within a fully recyclable packaging, because Inalpi cares not only about the consumer’s needs, but also the world’s ones.

ANHYDROUS BUTTER

Our anhydrous butter is produced with only centrifuged cream, it retains a 99.8% of fat contents, and it is a naturally lactose free product.
Due to the high temperature of its smoke point, Inalpi anhydrous butter is very resistant to high temperatures and
this makes it an ideally healthy ingredient for all your recipes: sweets and pastry, fried dishes, sauces and creams.

Inalpi

At the foot of the Monviso Mountain is located a UNESCO protected MAB area, and with all its natural benefits this is the ideal location for our production plant.
We only process Piedmonts milk collected from 400 barns all positioned in a radius of only 30 km, and while doing so we fully respect all the natural resources that the beautiful mountain territory gifted us with.
What started in 1966 as a small family enterprise, in 2010 became the first and only company to produce milk powder in Italy. We are constantly growing and while we keep our focus on modern strategies, we never forget about the solid roots of the dairy tradition.
Today our factory expanded into an area of 83,000 sq m and it includes InLab Solutions, a laboratory for analysis and R&D that carries out over 20,000 analyses every month. Our collected Piedmontese milk is controlled thanks to a certified supply chain in compliance with the highest standards of quality and food safety.
With 220 employees and 400 suppliers, we process 500 tons of milk every day.
In Inalpi we believe in making the difference and for this reason we subscribed the UN project “The Sustainable Development Goals”: a collection of 17 global goals designed to be a blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all, intended to be achieved by the year 2030.
