Q: Do you produce all the products yourselves?
Yes, we have our own Solar Panel Factory, Plastic?Injection?Factory, PCB Factory, Cable Plant, Lithium Battery Factory and Assembling Lines, all the products we are selling are designed and manufactured by ourselves.

Q:How is your company scale? 
A:Head office, one branch and two factories with 300+ workers in Zhongshan China, two branches in Guangzhou China, plus one factory with 100+ workers in Ethiopia.(Basic on 2016)

Battery:

Q: How long is the life-span for solar lighting product?
Usually it is 2 years. However it is about 5 years by replacing the battery.

Q: Battery is a sensitive goods, is there any difficult to ship the samples by courier or by air?

AC chargers:

Q:Can your solar products be charged by AC chargers? 

Yes, all of our solar products can be charged by AC chargers. They can be charged by AC chargers when in urgency or places without sunlight. It’s optional.

Q:Is there damage by using the solar lighting products during thunderstorm.
There is no damage. However it is better that don’t use the AC charger during thunderstorm.

Q:How long is the working time for the solar lantern?

There are 4 level brightness settings for our solar lanterns.

The working time depends on different level brightness settings. Usually, it will be 8 hours to over 100 hours.

Q: What is the application for your product?
They can apply to home lighting, phone charging, camping, reading, outdoor sports lighting ect.

Q:What kind of material is for the case?
All of our products use ABS.

Q. How can you guarantee the exclusive sale for OEM & ODM service?

Product mould contract, non-disclosure agreement, exclusive sale agreement will be signed before starting the OEM & ODM project.

Q. How to apply refund?
A. Once the PI has been confirmed and ordered goods are ready, a refund will not available for a canceled order. But a refund would back to you in time the case that we could not offer the products required in stock due to the shortage or unavailability.

Q. Can I come visit your showroom and factory?
1) Welcome to visit our office and shop directly before establishing long-term business relationship.
2) We'd very like to help you book the hotel and pick you up from the airport, or the railway station. Please inform us if you have any scheduling in China.
