D-Top:: Using four steps of package, with carton and protective film first and then put all windows
on the iron steel pallets and the fix with airbag and keep it not moving in the container. your goods are given an all-round
protection regardless of the cost. We have been exporting lots of products to overseas, not any client makes complain about the package.
Q4:Can I come to your factory before I make the order?
D-Top: Of course. We'd love to have you come. we would like to pick up you to our factory.
Q5:Can I get a free sample before ordering?
D-Top:: We would like to provide sample before your ordering but not free. After you make order to us, the money will reture to you. It is a good way to show the sincerity for bothof us.
Q6. How can I konw the price exactly?
D-Top: The price is based on your specific requiremeny, it is better to provide the
following information to help us quote exact price to you.
(1) Official drawing of windows&doors to show us the dimensions,quantity and types;
(2) The color the frame and also the thickness of the profile you would like to choose;
(3) Type of the glass:single or double glass, laminated or Low-E glass, others;
(4) Any other your personal requirements is also needed.

D-Top: Color available from the colorbond or RAL or interpon or real color sample
Q8: Do you offer size measurement service or installation service?
D-Top:Sorry we do not offer size measurement and installation service for small projects, as we are hard to win the working visa, but if the project big and we will find out the solution by recommend local team to offer size measurement and installation then.
Q9:Do you warranty of the Glass ?
D-Top:Yes, We will buy insurance for you. When the goods arrive, please be sure to unpack and check whether the glass is damaged. If the glass is damaged, please write "goods damaged" on the delivery receipt. When the goods arrive, the buyer does not open the box for inspection. If the goods are damaged, our company will not be responsible for compensation.
