The introduction of HDPE water supply pipe

PE water supply pipe is made of grade PE100 polyethylene resin as raw material after single screw extruder extrusion molding, the product has good flexibility, strong corrosion resistance, light characteristics such as excellent shock resistance, pipe connection USES the hot melt socket, hot melt docking and fused connection mode, make the pipe welding as a whole, safe and reliable system, low construction cost, physical and mechanical properties of PE pipe size and in line with the GB/T13663-2000, ISO4427-2007 standard.

The features of pe water supply pipe

1.Reliable connection: PE pipeline system can be connected by means of electric smelting or hot melting.The strength of joints is higher than that of pipes;PE pipes are connected with other pipes by flanges,which is flexible and rapid.
2.Excellent in low temperature impact resistance: The cold brittle temperature of PE is rather low, and PE can be safely applied between -60°C and +40°C. In winter construction, because of the good impact resistance of materials, brittle cracks of pipes will not occur.
3.Superior stress cracking resistance: HDPE has low notch sensitivity,high shear strength and excellent scratch resistance,as well as outstanding environmental stress cracking resistance.
4.Excellent chemical corrosion resistance: HDPE pipes can resist multi chemical mediums,and the chemical substances in the soil do not have any degradation effect on the pipes.
5.Long service life:in normal condition,the service life of pipes is at least 50 years.
6.Convenient in transportation:Being lighter than concrete pipes,galvanization pipes and steel pipes,HDPE pipes are easy to transport and install,so the engineering install cost reduces greatly
