ISO 7165 Stainless Steel Fire Hydrant Cabinet Stiffness Testing Machine

1. Overview

The 150/40N·m Fire Hydrant Stiffness Testing Machine is specially used to measure the degree of sag deformation of the fire hydrant box under a certain moment. The test instrument is designed and manufactured according to GB/T14561-2003 and other standards. It consists of a test frame, a fixed compression, a weight and a measuring device.

2. Function and characteristics

(1) This test bench can effectively fix the fire hydrant box on the test bench, so that the fire hydrant box does not shift during the detection process, and the test data is guaranteed to be true and reliable.

(2) The detection method is simple and easy, does not require the operator to have higher skills.

(3) The whole set of test equipment has a simple structure and is not prone to failure.

(4) The measurement can be completed by hanging the hammer in the way of picking up. The stiffness torque of the fire hydrant box can be measured by simple manual calculation.
