Specification
This type chemical process transfer pump is a single-stage single suction (axial suction) clean water centrifugal pump, which is suitable for transporting corrosive liquids without solid particles and viscosity similar to water.It is designed by ISO 2858 standard.
The temperature of the liquid should be - 20~105℃. It can transport higher temperature liquid with cooling equipment. It is suitable for chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, paper making, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.

Product Detailed design according the main parameters including head, flow, coupling, power, RPM, discharge diameter, layout etc previously confirmed with the customer.
Casting
Material content test is carried out in casting to make sure that the material can meet the technical requirements and lay a solid foundation for later process.
Heat treatment
Heat treatment ( annealing,normalizing, and tempering) to improve the performance of the iron cast part, such as hardness, flexibility, wear resistance , corrosion resistance.
Machining
Machining the rough parts to guarantee the dimensions accuracy indicated in the drawings.Before and after the machining , the heat

Assembly and Testing
Rotor dynamic balance test before the assembly and pressure test, leakage test, performance test after the assembly to make sure the pump runs stably and reliably.
Packing
The package is moisture-proof, fall proof and insect proof, so that the pump can safely reach the user's location.
