Equipment composition Description:

The test machine by the pressure control system, pressure source, temperature medium box, fixture parts.

1), the pressure control system in the control cabinet by the pressure piping and electrical control of two parts. Working principle:

1) Set the control pressure and range of the main pressure meter so that the pressure source will provide the pressure of 2 ~ 3MPa higher than the maximum pressure of the branch and store it in the accumulator.

2) Calculate the test pressure according to the ring stress of the sample, and set the control pressure and range of the branch pressure meter accordingly. After the operation, the single-chip microcomputer controls the solenoid valve to be fully on, so that the pressure of the sample rises rapidly. Pressure reaches the set pressure into the pressure phase.

3), fill phase solenoid valve intermittent continuity based on single-chip data, the pressure source to accumulator pressure added to the sample.

4) When the pressure of the pressure source drops to the lower limit of the set pressure, the column pump will stop when it starts to work up to the upper limit.

5) The machine also has the functions of running, stopping, completing the test, breaking identification and the like, and enabling the operator to leave the experimental site during the experiment. When the sample appears leakage, rupture automatically shut down the road, the other tests continue normal until the test is completed. 1. What's the warranty statement? 
Zhongli warrants all the products manufactured by Zhongli to free from defects in material and workmanship 
under normal use of a period of 12 months or 36months after the date of the original purchase price if repair 
or replacement is not possible of practical, Zhongli warranty covers ONLY the product itself. 
Zhongli will assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses. Your warranty rights will be honored only when the product has been installed and used properly as deemed by Zhongli, Zhongli will not repair products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.

2. What's the return policy?
All order shipments leave our factory complete and in working order, customer must report and damage within 7days of receipt of order by sending digital photographs(.JPG) of damaged items. Customer must retain damaged merchandise, package and shipping containers until claim had been settled. Damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier, and any claim beyond this 7days period will not be deemed valid by ZhongLi .

3. How about in case of breakage?
Zhongli will accept returns for a refund within 30days of the shipment of your order. Please note exceptions bellow:
Returns must be first acknowledged by ZhongLi PRIOR to return, Please contact the related salesman in charge. 
All packages sent to Zhongli MUST have the initial sales invoice number issued and printed clearly on the

outsite of package, A lack thereof will result in the item being immediately restocked and no credit or refund will be issued. 
All returns must be made in their original packaging with sufficient packing material. Modified or installed items will not be accepted for return.
