Q1:What payment terms would you accept?

We accept T/T, Western Union, and L/C at sight. Once the order is confirmed, 30% of the total payable amount shall be deposited, and balance before shipment.

Q2:How about the shipment?

For small quantity, we recommend the package delivery by air express, such as FEDEX, TNT, DHL, UPS, etc. Freight cost will be collected or pre-paid. Normally the trade term is EXW. For mass goods, shipment could be either by sea or by air express, trade term is FOB in general.

Q3:Could I put my own logo on it?

Sure, customized logo service is available as per your request.

Q4:Should I pay extra cost for logo printing?

For large quantity, it’s cost-free for logo printing before turning into finished products, however, you have to pay extra cost 0.25 USD/PC for Laser printing; but it’s different for printings or markings on ready stocks, which will be 0.25USD/PC for logo printing, 1.0 USD/PC for Laser printing.

Q5:How about the quality?
100% QC is conducted during the production stage and before packing up for delivery.

Q6: Could I buy 1 piece of sample first or place an order at small amount?

Of course, sample or small-quantity order is supported, especially for new customers.

Q7:How much does it cost for 1 piece of sample?
A. Some cheap ones can be free of charge for one piece of each style if they are available. However, you have to be in charge of the pre-paid freight.

B. Some expensive ones like acetate, stainless steel, wood, bamboo, etc. Then we will charge you USD 10 /pc for the ordered sample, with shipping freight excluded.

Q8:If we have any idea or comment for the sample, will you design according to my concept?
Sure, our design team is willing to do so.

Q9:  How long does it take to make a sample?
10-30days, subjected to complexity lies in the process of sample production.

Q10: Is the sample fee refundable or not?

Sure, it’s refundable once the order is confirmed.
