User Experience:
Tested and tortured in-field in the hardest conditions, during 3 consecutive months, in different environments and by different
users. Here are the main testers tips:
- Never leave a gap filler (3D part or rubber or anything) in your folding system for first installation, it will make the upper
part’s bending angle too high to accommodate the lower part. Take it off and clean any residues or glue.
- Never drive with your FALCON open.
- Always slide open and close with the front wheel in straight position.
- You can help ease the sliding by pushing the shaft onwards straigth with your hand, body or shoulder at that sliding moment, in
order to get maximum alignment of the upper part.
- Always let your scooter rest in open position, no need to fold just unclamp the FALCON lever, in order to release the tension,
to relax the structure and regain maximum metal strength.
- We advice to apply a setting where the FALCON and your existing lock share the loads at an optimal ratio of 90%/10%, don’t
worry, you will feel it ➕➖ and it will be memory saved by the clamping lever bolt
- If you choose a loose fastening setting, you will make your existing lock work with the FALCON or at his place, in this case
your lock will be tired and may complain with some nasty noises that you know and hate, please don’t relate such complains to us
as we do not speak his language .
- If you chose the maximum fastening setting, all the forces will be absorbed by the FALCON only, so your existing lock front
screw and the folding axle may loosen and need retightening sometimes after long use, it is normal because they are both lazy
relaxing while the FALCON works all alone, don’t worry, it is totally safe, the FALCON is made to withstand loads measured in
metric tons. Don’t hesitate to tighten the hell out or them, use spring washers or loctite to block their silly movements (we give
them free with our locks).
- The FALCON design has been improved for more easiness in installation and utilisation, just use the appropriate Half-Moon
Croissant Spacer or none.
- Better have some real Mudguard Supports now that you scooter shaft is stiffer than bamboo. We recommend our Aluminum Alloy
ANTILOPE Pack (iai_Mechatronics), easy, durable and efficient, plus the colors match exactly .
- Don’t get too confident with the tightness effect, please drive carefully, more tightness means more shaft response and more
turn sensitivity, the overall performance of the scooter is enhanced and the driving manoeuver slightly differs from usual, so be
very careful especially during the first month of use.
- Special mention to the 'rear-back' and 'accelerate-while-turning' movements.. the sensation is just amazing, can’t get enough of
it

The transporter will be DHL / FEDEX / DPD / UPS or equivalent that covers your destination.
