Q1. What about after-sales service?
A: The warranty is 12 months. Every defective product or quality problem within warranty (except for human-made damage) can be replaced with brand new one. Please provide high-definition product's photos or video to show problem. Then we will send new lights or replacement parts together with next order after we get approved from our technical section.
Q2. How about your delivery time?
A: Samples: 5-10 days after getting payment. We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock.
Bulk order: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU. Sample order shipped by Express of DHL FedEx UPS EMS TNT DPEX and etc. As well as shipment by sea or by air for bulk order.
