Brief information

Hydrophilic Silicone Oil 3206E is a new synthetic technology synthesis of ternary copolymer structure of  quaternary ammonium salt modified hydrophilic excellent soft finishing agent. At room temperature, in the acidic and weak alkaline conditions are quite stable, it especially suitable for overflow machine in the cylinder when the pH is not more than 8, and making the soft process more convenient, dyeing without the cylinder to pull the cylinder too soft, thus saving time and water and electricity. Gives the fabric a softer, silky and plump feel, and has excellent hydrophilic properties, treating cotton fabric hydrophilic for 2-3 seconds.

--High temperature resistance, normal temperature weak base, strong electrolyte, highly shear, safe and stable, no oil spots;

--Feel soft, smooth, not greasy, approximate natural;

--Suitable for all kinds of process equipment, high flexibility;

--This product, especially for cotton, the best effect is also applicable to T/C , CVC and other fibers and fabrics;

Application

High concentration product and can be diluted 2-3 times.

--Padding:             10 to 30 g/L (Dosage can be adjusted according to customer's hand feeling)

  Cure at 100℃ and set at 150-180℃ for 50 seconds

--Dipping:              1-3% (o.w.f)

  Temperature & time:    25-50℃*20-30min, Dehydration, drying, shaping

--The specific process can be adjusted according to the sample.
