It is mainly used as an excavator attachment taking place of grab bucket when there is too much water, mud and not suitable for digging. It is driven by the excavator hydraulic system or a separate hydraulic station to pump sand, sludge mortar etc. Its flow passage components is made of high-strength and wear-resistant alloy.

1, The bottom of the pump is equipped with a stirring device. It can be equipped with two or more sides separate agitators as well.

2, This pump can handle solid materials with a maximum particle size of 150mm. Maximum concentration can reach more than 70%.

3, The device is mainly installed on the excavator. The power is provided by the hydraulic station of the excavator. The power source is diesel engine,so it can solve the problem of power inconvenience when working in remote areas.

4, Flow passage components are all made of high-chromium alloy. Other materials can be customized.

5, The use of unique sealing device, free of frequent machine seal replacement, improve work efficiency.

Service conditions 

a)Power supply: excavator or hydraulic power unit.

b)Temperature of the medium: The temperature of the medium cannot exceed 60Celsius, and the medium does not contain inflammable or explosive gases.

c)Max weight density of the solid particle: The maximum weight concentration of the solid particles in the medium: the maximum weight concentration of the ash is 45% and the maximum weight concentration of the slag is 60%.

d)The unit works in the medium vertically, and the working status is continuous.
