1. Brief introduction

2. Function
Square pipe mill is used to produce square pipe as per required specification;
Equipped with high frequency welder, it will produce all of specification square pipes in a range of rolling specification;
Steel sheet pile units adopt the flexible forming technology in piecemeal arc to manufacture the machines to produce steel sheet pile;
Other machines can make channel steel, C-type steel and many types profiled bars through replacing rollers.
3. Process flow
Coil preparation → feeding car deliver coil to uncoiler→ strip head straightening→ pinching and leveling → aligning device → cutting and butt welding table →electrical vertical roller aligning→ rotary shear → scrap reeling → accumulator→ inlet guide→ forming, sizing and straightening → flying sized cut→ roller table after saw→ stacking→ bundling
