1. Brief introduction
The cold-roll forming mill is mainly used to cold-bend the strip of a certain width into required shape after uncoiling, leveling, and forming
It covers square pipe mill, mill of steel sheet pile and other mills according to various product.
2. Function
Square pipe mill is used to produce square pipe as per required specification;
Equipped with high frequency welder, it will produce all of specification square pipes in a range of rolling specification;
Steel sheet pile units adopt the flexible forming technology in piecemeal arc to manufacture the machines to produce steel sheet pile;
Other machines can make channel steel, C-type steel and many types profiled bars through replacing rollers.
3. Process flow
Coil preparation → feeding car deliver coil to uncoiler→ strip head straightening→ pinching and leveling → aligning device → cutting and butt welding table →electrical vertical roller aligning→ rotary shear → scrap reeling → accumulator→ inlet guide→ forming, sizing and straightening → flying sized cut→ roller table after saw→ stacking→ bundling
