Final product of Wood Briquette Machine
Wood Briquette Machine are widely used in biomass power plant heating industry, boiler heat source and other industries. Final product shape could be round, square,hexagon and etc, the hexagon is most stabilize shape and is best capacity, the final product diameter have three type, 50mm is the most stabilize type sawdust briquette also could be the raw material of BBQ, after carbonized, the final product is charcoal.
Operation
1. Power on the machine.
2. V- belt starts to moving the screw.
3. The materials are put into the feeding inlet.
4. Through high temperature and high pressure, the products are made out.
5. At the end of this device,after sawdust logs reach normally 40-50cm,it will be broken and roll of the baffle.
6. The products will be transported out by the mesh belt.
PS: The finished briquette diameter: 50-80mm.
The shape of briquette: hexagonal, quadrangular, etc.

1.Size:
smaller than 5mm , if the material can not achieve the requirement, it should be crush first.
2.Moisture:
8%-12%, If raw material has high moisture it should be reduced by Sun drying or using dryer machine.
