1. Choose the oil port type of the cooler according to the size of the oil flow
In principle, when the oil flow through the cooler is less than or equal to 300L/Min, try to choose the threaded port, namely LQF1 series, to make the structure simple and quick to install and unload; and when the oil flow is >300L/Min, the flange port should be used. LQF2 series to reduce the pressure drop when the oil flows through the cooler.
2. Perform simple selection calculations
a. Estimate the heating power of the system to oil, and determine the maximum allowable working temperature and ambient temperature of the oil;
b. According to the principle of heat balance, use the formula P=K·ΔT in the "Technical Parameters" table to calculate the required K value.
3. Choose a specific model
According to the calculated K value and the selected port type, select the closest larger model in the appropriate "technical parameter" table.
Note: Since the exposed heat sink of the cooler is easy to accumulate, and the accumulation of fouling will significantly reduce the cooling effect of the cooler, therefore, if the cooler is working in an environment with serious oil and dust, there should be a large margin when selecting the model. the amount.
