The cutter machine is made up of motor,hydraulic system,oil cylinder,one pair of blade,frame and rotating body etc.

Basic principle

Motor drive hydraulic system and the cylinder place the tire betwork to lock arm,fasten two blades rotating between tire and shear cylinders work to move,two blades rotating blades forming shear, achieve the effect of shear.
