ANTENG Excavator Mounted Side Grip Vibratory Hammer

ANTENG side grip vibro hammer is newly developed to meet new market demand. This kind of vibro hammer can grip the pile from both top and side, it eliminates lifting height restraint of excavator boom like top grip model hammer.
Side grip vibro hammer enables small excavator like 20 tons to do more piling job, such as 12m sheet pile driving and extracting.
It has perfect efficiency and strong availability in height limited job site condition. It is safer, easier, and more economical to use side grip vibro hammer, since modification of excavator is no longer needed, additionally transportation of excavator with prolonged boom would be inconvenient and expensive.
ANTENG second generation side grip vibro hammer from AT45B to AT75B are designed and built for excavators weighting from 20 tons to 50 tons.

The eccentric moment of each hammer is customized according to the customer's excavator to ensure the perfect match between the excavator and the hammer

Our hammer are processed by one time fixture, ensuring the accuracy of center distance between big gear ring and pinion gear; ensuring the coaxiality of lifting shaft holes on both sides, to avoid unbalanced load of lifting shaft in the process of piling; ensuring the installation accuracy and coaxiality of both sides on lining plate, to avoid overheat of gear box.

Each component has its own part number for traceability.

Before assembling, clean the interior and eccentric components at least twice to ensure that there is no impurities.

Each bolt is tightened with a torque wrench, which is firm and not loose.

Before delivery to customers, each hammer will be tested strictly for temperature, oil flow, oil pressure and speed which simulates actual working conditions.
