Yes, OEM is acceptable. We can also customize items as customer's request. 

Do you offer free sample?

Yes, but  i am afraid that you need to pay for the shipping cost and only parts of the items are free. 

Do you develop any new designs every year?

1) Yes, every season there are new designs provided to clients by emails. New catalogue refreshed every year will be mailed or emailed to clients.

2) Designs customized is also acceptable. We can customize your own LOGO, name, date or other special design to make your occasion special.

Is there any after-sale service?

1) Customer services will watch for your order once your order placed to our company, you’ll get emails for your order status termly until you get the goods at your hand.

2) All of our goods provided by Horae glassware, have been inspected by our QC team, with SGS STANDRARD AQL 3.0. Once you get the goods, please check the goods, if find out any problems, notify us, we’ll immediately get out the solutions for these. Of course, such thing won't happen because we will do our best here. 

How to do reorders?

For reorders, only need to advise us your original order no., we’ll find out your original order even it’s 5 years

before.

What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

1) The size of products (length x width x thickness x volume).
2) The material ---the color ---style---the quantity.
3) We will make it better if you can show us the pictures or design sketch. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
We usually produce goods based on customers’ picture, logo, sizes etc.
