This is a whole 100l beer brewery system.

Welding method: all the use of argon arc welding method, fight the seam with argon arc welding gun welding method, the nozzle to take argon way single-sided welding double-sided forming.
Material: Tank inside pickling and passivating, tank outside hairline polishing.
The inner cylinder and the bottom conical cone are spliced with R arc folding process to solve the dead corner problem and throw with automatic polishing machine doing light polishing treatment, roughness < 0.6um (Inside with universal cleaning ball, easy to clean).
In addition to the main tank, equipped with variable frequency wort pump and explosion-proof motor, false bottom, grain liquefier, glass manhole, sight glass, spotlight, ring pipe for mash washing, hop filter, hop back, balance tank, wort collection, yeast adding tank and oxygen filling device, steam condensing unit and more accessories.
