Back rest
After up/down and left/right amount of back rest is adjusted to control warp tension to control the shed which is aimed at adapting to different kinds of fabrics. Double back rest can make sure stable pacing of warp to ensure the cloth cover is stable without waggle in the process of weaving which is the best choice of heavy fabric and jean.
Warp let off
Electronically controlled let-off motion and uptake motion are completely synchronized, and the warp tension can be controlled in a lossless range from full to empty. The HsMax high speed rapier loom can be equipped with a warp beam with a disk diameter of 800 or 1000 mm.
Convenient warp beam quick-remove mechanism reduces the operation time.
Control terminal and electronic control system
Control terminal displayed by color graphics is subject to menu operation which is easy and of advanced technology. The electronic processing system enables you to inspect all important settings and patterns. Internal communication between all functions of the loom is completed by CAN BUS system. In the meanwhile, HsMax rapier loom also conforms to all safety standards.
