A: Bone china products contain 45% bone powder, an important source of CaO, which can keep the products strong yet thin.
Q6. How can you tell the bone powder content?
A: The bone powder content effect the color and transparency. The higher the bone powder content is, the more translucent the bone china will be, which is owing to more p-Ca3(P04)2 crystals is created in manufacture process.
Q7:Difference between bone china and fine china?
A:Bone china contains 43%-45% bone ash, creamy soft white and more translucent, Fine china (or new china) has none cow bone ash content.

A:The name porcelain describes ‘ceramics’ baked at high temperatures. These products have low porsity, vitreous and glassy qualities.
