1. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in ceramincs industrial park., Yishui Road, Changge City, Henan Province, China. It is about an hour's drive from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport. We will pick you up when you call us. Welcome to visit our factory.

2. What's your MOQ for each mould?

A: Our MOQ is 1*20*CN. (Can mix items in one container)

3. Do you have any other options to solve the shipping problem if it's without good order quantity?

A: We advice you may buy it with our other goods. Shipping company required 3cbm quantities. If your order quantity can reach, we can pack them in one or two pallets. This will save some charge from shipping part.

4. How many test have you passed?

A: According to our current situation, we have Test Report and Certificate of water-saving.

6. What's your payment terms?

A: 30% deposit, 70% by T/T against B/L copy.

7. What's your normal package?

A: Our normal packing ways is in one item with one 5-layer carton, the carton with your LOGO. Here is the photo for our normal package.

8. How many days do you need to produce for a order?

A: Our normal producing days of a order is 15 days.

9. Can you produce according to our design?

A: Yes, we can produce according to customer's design if the order is large enough or persistent. OEM and ODM are both welcome.
