A: Generally,polyester bag or white box, paper cartons.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU，DDP .
Q4. What's your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A: There is no MOQ ,We are glad to make customized samples for you to test quality before bulk order.
Q5. Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are both factory and trading company,we can control the production.
Q6. Can I put my own logo on the products?
A: Of course, we can print the logo by heat transfer,silk-screen printing, silicone gel etc. Please advise your logo in advance.
Q7. Do you inspect all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, We will check strictly each product before shipping. Quality is our orientation. Our supervision department control the quality from raw material to finished product step by step carefully, make sure everything perfect before shipment.
Q8. How about your delivery time?
A: 1.) Small quantity, less than 15days after your payment successfully;
2.) Big quantity,usually 7-30 days after receiving the advanced deposit.
Q9. What is your sample policy?
A: If have stock, you have to pay the sample cost and shipping cost.
BUT,will refund it or deduct from the bulk order.
Q10. What is your terms of payment?
A: 1.) Stock order, 100% payment before shipment;
2.) Customized order,30% in advance, and 70% before delivery.
