2. This concrete mixing plant adopts JS500 concrete mixer, it is a double horizontal shaft concrete mixer, so it can mix concrete efficiency and enough in short time.

3. Special belt conveyor to conveying more material ans save space.

4. The whole mixing, batching system is operated by electrical control room or control plate, fully automatical.

5. Cement is stored in cement silo, and feeding by screw conveyor.

Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

A: We are factory.

Q2: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q3: What is your payment method?

A: 30% of total price should be paid by T/T as down payment; 70% balance payment should be paid by T/T before delivery.

Q4: How many types of Concrete Batching Plant you have ?

We have Stationary type capacity from 25m3/h ~240m3/h. Hauling mobile type capacity from 25m3/h ~100m3/h.

Stationary type for aggregate feeding, we have Skip Hopper type (25m3/h ~75m3/h) and Delivery Belt type(60m3/h ~ 240m3/h)

All hauling mobile plant use large angle Groove belt for aggregate feeding.

Q5: What’s the capacity of Concrete batching plant do you have?

We have Stationary type from 25m3/h ~240m3/h. Mobile type from 25m3/h~100m3/h.

Q6: Is the Belt conveyor necessary ?

Small capacity (Below 60m3/h) normally use Skip Hopper to feed aggregate, no need to use belt conveyor.

While for large capacity, (Larger than 60m3h), normally use Delivery belt to raise efficiency.

Q7: Do you have CE certificate for your concrete batching plant / cement silo?

A: Yes, we have. Both are our patent products, certificated by CE.
