4.What new design options and innovations does HTA have?
Firstly our innovations goes to the biodegradable packaging. For Packaging made of biodegradable material, most of companies mainly focus on the inner tray, but we do the outer packaging as well, also very mature craft. It means that our company can provide a complete set of solutions from inside to outside, including but not limited to inner tray, outer box, printing solution, sticker, sleeve, anti-theft and experience, etc. We can say that HTA has changed the biodegradable industry.

5.Do you have any experiences in biodegradable packaging?
We are very professional in consumer electronics, cosmetics and food boxes. The biggest difference of us with other factories lies in that HTA can not only do the biodegradable inner tray, but also the outer boxes. From the point of view of artwork and cost, we focus on mass production feasibility. We are always dedicated to 100% quit-plastic and 100% biodegradable.
6.What raw materials are used for your biodegradable molded pulp packaging? And what colors are available in this packaging area?
Usually four materials: sugarcane bagasse, bamboo pulp, wood pulp and recyclable paper. We mix them according to the product usage and customer’s request. Colors for molded pulp packaging are usually white and brown. If customers need to match other colors, his order quantity should not be less than 200k. It is a rather complex process for us to clean the whole pulping system. Other colors can be matched after this step.
7.Can we use our own logo and design ?
Yes, you can. We'll put your logo on it. But for biodegradable packaging, your logo cannot be printed directly on the outer box. They will be printed on the sleeves or labels.
