We are a manufacturer and have our own factory in Dongguan.

2. Q: What's the lead time of your product?

Depending on your order size, it usually takes 15-30 days.

3.Q: May I have a sample?

Yes, stock samples can be sent out immediately, custom samples take 5-7 days.

4.Q: What is the sample strategy?

Stock samples are free, but you need to bear the freight, we can send 2-5pcs. If OEM samples are required, there will be a sample charge and we will provide the exact sample charge on request.

5.Q : What is the mode of transportation?

For small order size (e.g. less than 10 cases), we can ship by DHL/Fedex/UPS or other express.

For large orders, we will arrange air or sea transportation as required.

6. Q: What are your acceptable payment terms?

T/T.  30% deposit is paid in advance, and the final payment before shipment.
