(1) This is a ceiling Mounted IR remote control receiver
(2) This item need to run with IR transmitter. Considering this is universal IR equipment, there’s no transmitter in the wholesale package. If you need the transmitter, please let us know to arrange.
(3) Remote distance: about 8 meters indoor.
(4) If you have already bought IR transmitter to control your equipment, then the transmitter can control many receivers in one room. To avoid any interference, each receiver need to keep 2 meters away from each other.
(5) Shengqi remote control can be equipped to control the lighting group, fan lamps, gates, windows, air conditioners and let your home and life become more and more convenience!
Remark:
The voltage in 220V is the default choice of the item. If you want a item in 110V, please advise the seller when placing an order, otherwise we would ship the item in 220V.
Debug Exam:
1) When the transmitter is unable to remotely control the lights, please check whether the batteries are in good contact or fixed properly or they are no power.
2) When the transmitter is unable to remotely control the lights, please check whether there’s other transmitter around caused interference or the keys on the other transmitter are pressed down.
3) Please use this product under applicable voltage. Too low voltage will lead to failure of the remote controller to work. (please refer to the product label for the voltage range and related parameters.)
4)Please take out the batteries from the transmitter when it won’t be used for a long time.

6.Q: Do you accepted small quantity orders?

7.Q: Do you test the PCBA before delivery if we provide the function testing method?
A: Yes, we ensure every product 100% tested and pass the ICT and FCT,inductance measurement before shipment.
8.Q: Shipping cost?
A: The shipping cost is determined by the distance to the destination, product weight, packing size. Please let us know if you need us to quote you delivery to door price.
