Summary
HM230 underground pipeline detector consists of a transmitter, a receiver and accessory, for accurate positioning, underground pipeline routing, depth measurement and long distance tracking and measurement of fault point insulation of pipeline. HM220 underground pipeline detector using multi coil electromagnetic technology, improve the precision and target pipeline locating depth recognition ability, can accurately track and locate the target on the pipeline complex area. Therefore, HM220 underground pipeline detector has been widely used in telecommunications, CNC, mobile, Unicom, CTT, power, tap water, gas, geophysical prospecting, petrochemical and municipal industries.

2.Multi-transmit of measuring signals:
(1) Injection method: used for pipeline with injection point.
(2) Clamp method: a pipeline that is exposed to the tested pipeline and is easy to clamp and clamp.
(3) Induction method: for no injection point or no exposed pipeline.
3.Variety of measurement frequency: 50Hz passive frequency is 480Hz, 7.7KHz, 31KHz and 61KHz four kinds of active power and frequency of the cable; the user can choose according to the different environment (such as the need to adopt special measure frequency, please indicate in the contract order).
4.Different positioning modes and functions to improve test efficiency:
(1) peak mode: the location of the routing is determined by the maximum of the measured signal.
(2) Valley mode: determine the location of the route by measuring the minimum value of the signal.
(3) Route orientation: intuitively and rapidly indicate the direction of routing.
(4) Insulation fault finding (FF): find and locate the fault point caused by the deterioration of pipeline insulation.
(5) stethoscope: through the stethoscope head to identify the signal from the pipeline to load the pipeline.
5.Auxiliary function:
(1)Receiving adding is automatically adjusted: the adding of the receiver is adjusted automatically so that the receiver is in the optimized state, and the manual adjustment is eliminated.
(2) sound function: the receiver changes the tone of the loudspeaker directly to reflect the measured signal size.
(3) Pipeline state detection: when the transmitter is doing injection mode, it first detects the insulation resistance, residual voltage of the pipeline, and then applies the signal to the target pipeline. When the insulation resistance of the pipeline is small (near to the ground short), the transmitter will automatically withdraw from the mode, when the residual voltage is large, the transmitter alarm, operators should immediately stop the signal load, turn off the transmitter.
(4) Detection of battery power: real-time detection of battery power, when the power is low to the protection value, it will alarm automatically shut down.
(5) Power saving function: when the transmitter is switched on for about 30 seconds without other keys, the receiver starts the operation, if 10 minutes or so no other keys, the machine will automatically shut down, in order to save the battery power.
