Delta inverter

Transmission
The X and Y axis are driven by Taiwan J.T helical gear wheel and the Z axis is driven by Taiwan TBI ball screw . The accuracy of the X, Y, Z axis can reach ±0.02 mm/300mm when they are combined with Taiwan SYNTEC 60WA system.
Rotary round tool holder
Rotary round tool holder can place 16-20 tools. The control system can directl the spindle return to the rotary circular tool holder automatically to change the tool. When processing complex products, it won't need for manual tool change which can improve the efficiency of processing.
Automatic oil lubricating system
The machine is equipped with automatic oil lubricating system for transmission system and slider, which does not need regular manual maintenance, and the maintenance equipment is very convenient. The system can extend the service life of the equipment.
Automatic tool sensor

Double barrel vacuum adsorption dust collector
5.5KW double-barrel vacuum cleaner has a good dust-collecting effect, which can ensure no dust during processing and keep the environment of production workshop clean.
7.5KW vacuum adsorption pump
7.5KW high-power water-cooled vacuum pump has strong adsorptive capacity. It can firmly adsorb the panel and not shift when the machine works, so as to ensure the high processing accuracy of the product.
Automatic up-loading and down-loading table
The up-loading table has an automatic induction photoelectric switch, which can automatically rise and fall. It can keep the height of the sheet consistent with the processing table. The sucker can automatically grab the sheet to the processing table. The automatic pushing device can automatically push the finished material to the automatic down-loading table.
