The manufacturing process are used the advanced technologies globally. High-strength and super high strength sucker rod are our main products, in accordance with the standards SY/TSO29, SYTS6272& API Spec 11B. We also produce the specially sucker rod and pony sucker rod ,to filling with our customers’ requirements.
Before the production , the spectrometer are used for the material analysis . The magnetic detector are used to detect the pipes one by one. The Infrared thermometer are applied to monitor the temperature. Others high technologies are also used in the production to ensure the quality.
