Introduction
The stainless steel mixing tank is suitable for liquid, lotion, detergent products etc. The all-round wall scraping mixing adopts the frequency converter for speed adjustment, so that to produce high quality products of different processes according to customer requirements. The self-suction type AES dissolver can shorten dissolving time, so as to save energy consumption and shorten production period. The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate. The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully conforms to GMP requirements. According to technological requirement, the tank can heat and cool materials.
Features
1. The stainless steel mixing tank is composed of main tank, upper motor, bottom motor, electric control panel, operation platform etc.
2. There are two heating methods, steam or electric heating for your choise. Also you can choose no heating.
3. It is made of high quality stainless steel and the tank body is mirror polishing. There are three layers jacket of the tank.
4. Easy to discharge, bottom direct discharge or useing the pump to discharge.
5. It can be customized from 50L to 5000L. If you want to customize special capacity, you can contact us.
6. This stainless steel mixing tank is suitable for making hand wash, hair gel, shampoo gel, body wash etc.

Show us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem can be solved by your workers, we will send you solution by video or pictures. If the problem is out of your control, our engineer will be sent to your factory (customer will pay for the fee during the trip).
