GWDS series shredder is specially designed for crushing printed-wiring board, electrical appliance, post- consume waste, waste tire in the field of recycling industry. Different screen hole is available for different processing requirement. Adopt superior whole body blade design, high efficiency, widely application.
1. Why to use double shaft shredder
a.The Twin-Shaft Shredders are new designed especially for crushing the film in rolls, tires of cars and medium-sized automobiles,hollow barrels and so on.
b.The shredders have the characteristics of strong crushing ability and contrarotation with the structure of close-lined rotary knives in double direction.
c.With Simense PLC control system (optional).

1.To check the oil level of the gear box is normal or not.
2.Turn the manual/automatic switch to automatic catches, press the automatic start and stop switch for one time.
3.Running the machine without material for 3 minutes to check the motors and gear boxes.
4.Put material into this machine to start working.
5.To stop the twin- screw crusher after the material in the chamber are crushed completely .
